Renovation and refurbishment of a 4 bedroom, 3 storey detached Grade II Regency House, located along the esplanade in Sandgate, Kent.

The client’s aspirations are to modernise and internally re-configure internal layouts of the property, in order to provide a more efficient and open plan living space which capitalizes on the undisturbed panoramic sea-views.

Originally built in 1822 as summer accommodation for the Commanding Officer of the Royal Engineers based at Shorncliffe Barracks above Sandgate, the proposed works have had to be designed and undertaken with the constraints of listed building consent.

Working alongside an architect and interior designer, Milestone Project Consultancy have been appointed as Employers Agent and Project Managers to oversee the proposed works, right from the initial design stages through to final delivery to the client.
