Description:

Development of 450 self-contained studio apartments for student accommodation use with accompanying communal leisure and break-out space, including a gymnasium and restaurants.

The scheme is to be constructed on a prominent 2.3 acre site located just outside of the city walls of Canterbury, on land formerly occupied by a Peugeot garage and with the inherent challenges of archaeology, contamination, access, RoL and statutory easements.
Milestone were appointed at the very inception of the project in order to help employ the wider professional team, develop the client brief, carry out site due-diligence and feasibility analysis and drive the project forward towards a target planning application in late 2014. Our role will then continue through to tender and subsequent construction of the scheme to completion.
