Description:
A development of approximately 125, 000 square feet of A1 and A3 use space, including a 55,000 square foot Morrisons food-store and petrol filling station, KFC drive-thru restaurant and other tenants including Iceland, B&M, Sports Direct and Poundland.

The scheme was constructed on a site which forms part of a strategic regional master-plan led by SEEDA (now the HCA), on land which had inherent challenges of ecology, environmental issues, flood-risk and civil engineering.

The scheme was constructed to a developers shell specification as 2 phases, with Phase 1 completed in mid-2013 and Phase 2 due for completion in late 2014 and designed to achieve a BREEAM Very Good rating alongside a 10% energy renewables requirement.

Milestone Project Consultancy are appointed as Employers Agent and Project Managers, and work closely in collaboration with the respective tenants teams and developer, in order to agree required specifications to ensure strict end user compliance, as well as project costs & programme.
